Each game includes 81 beautifully designed playing cards featuring elegant wedding-inspired illustrations, along with everything you need to learn and play the game.
Can I ship it directly to the bride?
Of course! Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout, and we'll ship it directly to her. If you've added personalization, we'll engrave it before it ships.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to prepare and ship every order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you've added custom engraving, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for personalization before your order ships.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Wedding Countdown Card Game. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return any unused, non-personalized game within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the game must be in its original condition, with the playing cards still sealed in their original plastic wrap, and returned in its original packaging.
Please note that personalized (engraved) games are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or there's a problem with my engraving?
We're so sorry! If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your personalization, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bridalbeautycoach.com. Include your order number and a few photos, and we'll work quickly to make it right.
